Development

We seek out A+ real estate in markets around the country. We believe that design and architecture are incredibly important in establishing great places. Walkable, livable and transit-connected neighborhoods are what excite us, and we think our projects fit well and add to the dynamic in these environments. We are active every step of the way, seeking out relationships with primary stakeholders.

Construction Management

Hands on through pre-construction, budgeting, design-assist and in the day-to-day of actually managing a project through to completion, our in-house construction team works with general and subcontractors to see that our projects are built to our standards and that we are as efficient and innovative as possible along the way.

Property Management

Hospitality has become our calling card. We manage our own properties from head to toe, and we pay extra special attention to the needs of our residents and tenants. Our projects are high quality, high profile and complex in how they fit into the fabric of their locales.

Restaurant & Bar Operations

Launched during the height of the pandemic, we invested in a robust operational platform and the technology to support the future growth of our hospitality brands. We launched four independent concepts in 2022, with the hopes of scaling our hospitality company alongside our dynamic real estate portfolio.

Event Management

One of those independent concepts has become Cleveland’s hottest event venue. Perched at the top of INTRO Cleveland, Truss hosts everything from weddings, galleries, fashion shows, corporate parties and anything else guests can dream up. And we manage and cater all of them in house. In fact, our grand opening weekend hosted some of the NBA’s biggest stars.

Specialty Coffee

We’ve long held a deep love for high quality coffee. We started Edda Coffee Roasters in 2022 by opening a flagship cafe in Cleveland, Ohio.

LEADERS IN
MASS TIMBER.

What is Mass Timber?

Structural timber or, as it’s more popularly known, “mass timber” (short for “massive timber”), in a nutshell involves sticking pieces of soft wood — generally conifers like pine, spruce, or fir, but also sometimes deciduous species such as birch, ash, and beech — together to form larger pieces. Using wood as a structural or finishing material not only offers aesthetic beauty, but enhances indoor air quality, acoustics, thermal comfort and energy efficiency. Perhaps most notably, it also has biophilic benefits—the innate sense of wellness humans feel towards nature and natural building products. It’s stunning, it’s quick to build, it’s renewable, and it outperforms concrete and steel in nearly every way.
