This award was presented to Harbor Bay in recognition of two mixed-use developments within the Center City District Development of East Lansing: Landmark on Grand River and Newman Lofts.

Top Projects of 2018 – 2018

Awarded by Finance and Commerce for the HUB Minneapolis – celebrating the degree of difficulty, creativity in design, innovative construction techniques, cooperation among contractors and management, and sustainability efforts.
